The story
That kitchen-table pitch is the industry's standard playbook: get inside the house, run a two-hour demo, quote high, then "discount" your way to a signature before you can compare anything. The water treatment is usually fine. The way it's sold is not.
So we built the company we wished had shown up that day: a real quote in writing from one quick call — no home visit, no theater — and a promise that if your water is fine, we'll say so and leave.
We're based in Vancouver, we work only in Clark County, and every system we install carries a lifetime equipment warranty with NSF-certified components. That's the whole pitch. It fits on a page because honest pitches do.
